Her work has included roles in mortgage analysis, consumer lending, underwriting, and fair lending review. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence, she has built a reputation as a trusted resource in interpreting policy, ensuring documentation accuracy, and supporting organizational integrity. Currently serving in a learning administration capacity, Natasha plays a key role in coordinating training initiatives, supporting workforce development, and fostering professional growth within her organization.

Beyond her corporate career, Natasha is the Founder and Visionary of Meona Ministries, a platform devoted to spiritual growth, healing, and leadership among women. Through this ministry, she hosts The Gathering of God’s Daughters, an annual multi-day women’s fellowship that draws attendees from across the nation.
